In 2007 Australia and Germany's version of the popular model discovery tv show America's Next Top Model managed to do what Tyra Banks' campy American version has repeatedly failed to do: crown a winner who actually has the makings of a real runway model! And both winners were gorgeous redheads no less! Australia's striking Alice Burdeu continues to scale new heights in the fashion world, modelling for designers such as Christian Lacroix,Proenza Schouler, Sonia Rykiel and Alexander McQueen, just to name a few. Germany's redhead Barbara Meier, meanwhile, has appeared in Vogue and many promising advertising campaigns.
