I can't believe summer is already nearing its end. The Spring/Summer '09 Ready to Wear runway collections were fashion focused with loads of light and pretty offerings, and might I say many of the best looks belonged to the London set where designers showed lovely flowy chiffon, swirls of technicolor prints, and little structured dresses.
