Fall 2010 has unofficially begun, and with the leafy season comes a fresh reason to go shopping for some great new key pieces, or rather a whole new wardrobe if you are lucky! One of my absolute favorite Fall trends is the schoolgirl pleated skirt in tough chic black leather. And I am utterly obsessed with this wool and leather tiered kilt by Pringle of Scotland. It's perfectly edgy, and my only complaint is the $2,395 price tag! net-a-porter.com
Equestrian style is also part of the Fall lineup, and this Marc by Marc Jacobs Saddlery Sophie Tote reminds me of all that is good about horse-riding culture. $478 shopbop.com
