Stella McCartney Resort 2010

I really like Stella McCartney's latest Resort showing, thanks in part to the fun evidently had by model Anouck Lepere on the carefree photo shoot. Though not a big fan of McCartney's oft unstructured designs (think jumpsuits) and neutral color palette, I am however very much liking her easy mix of cocktail and casual pieces in lace, jersey, lightweight knits, and a fresh burst of patterns, sequins, and prints. Plus balloons in the background always makes it feel like a darn good party.....
